Can wearing heels during pregnancy cause a miscarriage?

No but you are more at risk of falling which could cause miscarriage. I wouldn't even be able to if I tried... Pregnancy has made me so clumsy

Oh I couldn't imagine wearing them now and you're a boss if you can do that at 28 weeks. Lol I wouldn't though because you could fall.. careful mama!

No, you should just be careful to not fall and to stay comfortable, especially further into your pregnancy.

My friend wore heels all the way till her due date. I couldn't imagine but yea it's Def fine to wear them lol

I wear my 6 inch heels whenever I go out. The last time was for my shower. Now I wear platform boots.
