i have some pain in my breast why is this and what do i do to stop it ?

You might have a clogged duct. Massage with a warm towel. I do this while nursing and helps the milk flow, unclogging the duct. Hope that helps!

You can also take a hot shower while massaging the clogged area towards the nipple. Then when you get out have your baby nurse on that breast. Hope this helps and you get it out soon.
