@mommyofone, Really, my daughter does the same. I got so worried when she did that so I just won't give her one.

My son won't use ones with plastic on them. Not sure why, he just freaks out if I try to give them to him.

That's not a bad thing! I don't give my daughter pacifiers, the only time she had one was while I was in the hospital after I had her, it's harder to get them off the bink then put them on!!

did you try the hospital ones ? that's the only kind my daughter will take.
