Tmi maybe but I'm 26 weeks and I swear I keep having hot flashes, can't sleep, and I keep feeling like I have to poop and when that happens I get pains under the bottom of my belly and my face gets really hot. It only happens for a second and then goes away. What's going on?! 😩😩😩

If I am constipated at all and I have to really do any pushing at all to poop, it makes me get Braxton hicks contractions. My whole abdomen seizes up and I can't poop :( #preggiebodies

I just know I don't have to go use the restroom and my stomach feels tight...but it also always feels hard and firm so I'm not sure what it is.
