I've been doing baby orelgel and Tylenol and motrin motrin seems to work the best but twoish weeks ago she had HORRIBLE diaper rash (even the diaper cream made it worse), and diareah which I was told when that happens it's not long till the teeth pop....but they still haven't and now she refuses her paci, it seems like the only thing that she would chew on besides her hands now she only wants her hands nothing else and is drooling like a saint Bernard lol

@sweetpeasmommy, It is frustrating but once they are out more follow. His top 2 are almost in to. Baby orajel works wonders!!!

How long did it take? Fiona has been teething since she was a month and a half.....still nothing she will be 5m on the 27th
