Anyone had a epidural when they gave birth and could tell me about their experience with it and side effects?

My enjectio site still hurts and I'm 4 months PP

I haven't had any side effects from my epidural & so glad I got it. I'm 3 weeks PP.

with my son I had it. no side effects but it wore off by time it was time to push. so I felt everything and it sucked. I was induced with him. with my daughter I had one as well but I didn't feel a single thing. I think my headaches that I was getting after she was born was from the epidural. it is a possible side effect. I was induced with her as well. I plan to go natural this time.

how bad does it hurt 1 to 10

I had an epidural, it was fine, like I could slide my legs and kinda help lift them but didn't feel any pain, it was a different kinda of feeling like it was like my lower body had fallen asleep n but wasn't uncomfortable. afterwards when I got back to the room it wore off, but it wore off sooner for me cuz they unhooked it after they saw the baby not realizing there was another one they had to pull out. But it wore off when my room was ready n in the Mommy baby area.

I loved the epidural, the area where I got it in my back still hurt for a while after, basically just tender/sore after. But not bad enough for me to not get it again this delivery. I definitely plan on it.

The epidural was the best thing ever! Helped me calm down and I was able to nap. Felt pressure but no pain. No side effects or anything. I'd definitely recommend it. I can't imagine what it'd be like to push a huge baby out without it. Ouch.

I got an epidural at 9cm and it was a terrible decision. I would have loved it if I could feel something but I didn't feel ANYTHING so I pushed for 2 hours. Just get it earlier then I did lol

I only got it during contractions but whn it was time to push it wore off and I felt EVERYTHING
