I'm having back pains at 10 weeks is that normal? I do stand most of my day at work

This is my first baby so I just didn't expect the back pains this early

I didn't start getting back pain till about 22 weeks but every pregnancy is differed I been using a heating pad and the a ice pack and it helps quite a bit my Dr said I could try yoga to and it would prob help

Also 10wks 2 days been having back pain on and off today
