I haven't had meat in almost 2 months now and although I sometimes miss it (fried chicken being the meat I miss most), I have been having too much fun making different animal product free foods. I am even more conscious of what I put in my body now and always have to take a second thought about where the ingredients I'm eating come from. I'm not gonna lie, eating like this takes a lot of extra planning and caution but I am up for the challenge. Pictured is a collage of the foods/ desserts i've enjoyed making for my family and myself over the last month and a half. All praises to TMH for helping me adopt this lifestyle and show my family that fruits and veggies aren't that bad lol. I'm excited to create even more plant based recipes and pray that I can lead by example and help my entire family adopt a plant based lifestyle.
