I know I have my 38 week app on the 18th i hope I've progressed, last week she just said my cervix was very soft but no dilation.

Yeah I think so cuz last night when I moved it would just stay exactly the same. Plus my 23 month old used to be independent now she is sooo clingy to me the last week, it's insane lol @aek91

you aren't supposed to get more than 5 in an hour & usually BH if you move or adjust yourself they go away but it sounds like you're having contractions maybe you're just getting ready

I get 3-5 of them in an hr and a couple times a day and the pressure is the same amount the whole time

well BH don't last more than 30 seconds everybody is different but they should only last up to 30 seconds if they are BH so maybe you should time them are you still having them? also BH are inconsistent contractions would be really regular

Yeah, I'm just seeing if I need to time these ( what I think r BH ) my tummy gets hard for like a minute or more with what feels kinda like gas from my back to lower tummy, I've had shortness of breath and fast heart rate like I've ran a marathon last 3 days and all I'm doing is sitting down. Plus I've been sooo irritable and sleeping like crazy. @aek91
