tums never worked for me and I couldnt stand the taste. they made me nauseated. these didnt and are made to be pregnancy safe. sometimes cheaper isnt better.

they are like Tums and honestly they worked a lot better for me. my heartburn was killer. id take one with some milk and itd be gone like 5 min later.
