it may, I've never heard raspberry tea as a recommendation for anything during pregnancy so it would depend what you're trying to get out of it... if it's not premade like the kind at mcdonalds you can steep it as long as you want to make it strong and it's made w tea leaves but not real raspberry, if it's just tea you're recommended you should be just fine regardless of the flavor :) just don't drink too too much black caffienated tea as it can give you cramps or contractions from the caffeine but that's if you drink a TON

it Is Lipton Raspberry Ice tea. so that won't help me ?@marienoelle

there's no difference between tea and iced tea besides the ice lol. but drinking any artificial brand name tea's like lipton and brisk or the kind you get at fast food have no nutritional benefits or even real tea, it's all syrup and flavors... I'm assuming they mean natural raspberry tea you can find at the natural food stores or a tea specialty website w real raspberry extracts or dried bits in the tea leaves :) good luck
