I use it on my boys, I use it on their diaper area and also on their scales, I brush their hair with it and they have soft skin and never had cradle cap. I swear buy that stuff!
I use just regular coconut oil for lotion for my belly and hair and I feed it to my dogs because it helps their cost too and I haven't noticed yet but hoping it helps my overweight dog lose weight.. I use this stuff for basically everything lol

oh wow I didn't know they had pill form! I use coconut oil every single day on my whole body. I definitely will be checking those out!
