There is a very good possibility you are in labor .... especially being 40 weeks. I would call your midwife or 24 hour nurse .... its better to be safe than sorry.

I lost my mucous plug yesterday night and I been Cramping but until now they've gotten a little bit worser which means they hurt me more @ashersmommy04116
