you could try a sleep sack. the arms are optional for being swaddled. they're amazing

i slept with the sheets for like a week so my scent was there. and i make sure it's warm so she doesn't wake up from freezing sheets hitting her face when I transfer her.

It's makes like different noises from traffic to sound of a heart beat
