I'm havin some contractions that are about 20 minutes apart and lasting 3 minutes. It's been pretty consistent for almost 2 hours. Is this the beginning of labor? My doctor said if I had 6 in an hour to go to L&D but I only had 4 in an hour. I'm 32 weeks with twins.

I'm having contractions but not labor contractions. I'm still dilated 1cm but they told me to relieve some of this pressure to walk around a little bit. @aek91

@aek91, I'm at L&D right now because they got closer together. Now I'm having them every 10 minutes so. I came in just in case. Twins come early so. It worries me.

I'm in preterm labor with twins started st 28 weeks. mine got 2 minutes apart. don't worry unless they get under 10 minutes and consistent. good luck
@kimberlyyyy, I called. She said to take some Tylenol and prop my feet up and if they progress in an hour to come in.
From what I've heard if you can a just yourself and it gets better that might still be Braxton kicks but have actually never gone through natural labor- my first was induced and my second I had a c section. Make sure you stay hydrated and call L&D just to see what they think. Even if they say it's probably not the real thing you can still go in if you feel it's getting worse/'ore frequent.
@kimberlyyyy, earlier when I sat up straight it eased out. They are pretty painful. I was about to call L&D to see what they say I need to do. I've just been timing it and keeping an eye on them. @lakeee214 @aek91
Are they painful? If they are, are they getting worse?? Do they ease up if you readjust yourself?
well call ur doctor or call the hospital n talk to someone n see wat they say
theyd monitor you for an hour & if they didn't get closer they'd send you home that's why I'm saying wait a little longer & call first

download the app contraction timer it'll help you time them a little better
they don't have to hurt to be contractions everyone is different. but I'd just wait a little longer & call see what say first before going in
I don't think my water broke. And they hurt to the point I could be sick and I get super hot and i have to sit up with my back straight.
yes go to hospital fuck that call 911 now n did ur water break or anything cause those are bk to bk n do they hurt very badly like point u can't talk or move
I think you should call & ask it can't hurt they'll let you know if they want you to come in because you could very well be in labor already if they get closer & stronger definitely call or go in

@aek91, I've been waiting to call to see if they get closer together but, if you think I should I will. I've just been there for the past 2 days because I thought my blood pressure was high, and I had to get lab work today.
