do you have any nipple cream? if so put that on after every feeding. you can also put it on before but I found my son wouldn't latch.

Try coconut oil instead lanolin it helps so much or at least helped me

I've been breastfeeding for 3 months I use my own breast milk after every feeding and thank god I haven't had cracked nipples sore yes a little but not to bad.
