This is my first pregnancy and I'm so curious, does the epidural hurt? can you feel it?

Yu can feel it at first but when the medicine gets going Yu won't be able to feel anything from your waist down

It's not bad at all. The little pinch is oh so worth it.

compared to labor pains, i didnt feel a dang thing a small pinch (like flu shot pinch) a bit of burn but they numbed the site with lidocaine first. best decision i made at the time

the lidocaine hurt worse than the epidural. and honestly it really just feels weird. like I mainly felt scraping.

mine didn't hurt just stung a tiny amount

It hurts😐i felt more then a pinch lol they put medicine in my iv to numb me cuz my contractions where terrible and i had to seat still and it wasn't happening cuz i could feel it all...but like everyone says its worth it it eases the pain and its not as bad as labor pain😐
