do hemorrhoids ever go away?

Mine went away! I had it super early! But most people get them after they have their baby :(

Oh idk if I have it but my butt hurts but not when I poop. and it's bleeding not alot just when i put toilet paper on my butt its on toilet paper like wtf? It started this morning i had sex last night but not anal so I don't understand

they usually don't go away. they might shrink but when you're constipated they flare out again. It sucks!
