hi mommies im getting paranoid hereπ
im in 30 weeks and noticed my appetite is gone..i can feel my stomach rumbling but i just dont know what to eat.
is this normal? what should i do?
advices pleaseπ π
try to eat light healthy snacks that are high in protein like nuts or peanut butter and fruits. smoothies are great too because you don't feel like you are eating but you are still getting plenty of nutrients. when I'm not hungry I will drink a smoothie or v8 or ensure so I'm still getting nutrients without having to eat anything.
