I actually like the mothers milk tea! So you take 3 pills of the fenugreek at 1 time every 8 hours? I wasn't sure how often to take them so I haven't bought them

@karkster420 yes ! it's really not to expensive either! 3-5 -Fenugreek. sometimes I take five. I really like the tea its not too bad but I like herbal teas

every eight hours you take three. I did it 12-8-5
