@reaganmommy2015 it's not hard at all. Just boil a little bit over half of water in a large pot and then add whatever seasonings you want. I put in Cajun, old bay seasoning, red pepper, accent, salt, pepper, a dash of hot sauce, white wine, parsely, and add some cut up lemon, garlic pieces and two sticks of butter. Add the corn and potatoes first. I put in red and brown potatoes cus I like em both lol. Then check on the potatoes and when they become soft, cut up some sausage (I used the Hillshire farm turkey sausage) and put that in. Let that cook for a good 10 mins or so. Then add in the crawfish and let that cook for like 10-15 mins. Then add in the crab and shrimp at the same time and let that cook for like 20 mins or so. Turn down the heat to like medium low when they're almost done and that's it!
