I had it with my son on my left side right under my stomach. Turns out mister used to keep a foot stretched out right under my stomach, so every time I ate I'd get a sharp pain. It was his little foot all along.

@lyssa143marie, I get it during they day but it's the worst when I go lay down. Something cool helps best, I think

@lyssa143marie, you'll be feeling a lot more of that! I mostly get it from underwire or sitting upright for too long. I hate this feeling so much
