what happens at birthing classes? got mine on Saturday and I can't be bothered to go to a 4 hour session

They teach you about the different pain relief and the side effects - good to know x

They teach u breathing techniques and how to relieve the pain naturally and shit like that ,I will go onto my ,it's quite useful xx @kizzy96
