Okay so I know most of the time women go over their due dates because it's hard to tell what day they conceived... what if you're 100% on what day you conceived, would that make your due date a lot more accurate, like more likely she would come around my due date? The doctor's first told me my due date was December 7th I believe (I already knew it was either December 15th or 16th, considering I conceived on March 26th and my LMP was March 1) and they told me after my first ultrasound that I was due the 16th. I know this is a mouthful of words on this post, just curious because I really want her to come on her own. 😥
Lol, no trust me I thought that too. It could have happened that night but not always the case! So that's just why it can always be off a few days.
@foreveryoung247, @their.bomb.ass.mom Okay I get what you're saying. I always thought it was the same day/night you had sex honestly. I feel silly. 😖
Well the reason why they say you never know the exact day you conceived is because can live in the women's body for up to so many days, so it could have fertilized the egg at any day you just never know really when. Like you could have had sex one day of the month, on a Tuesday, but didn't get "pregnant" until Friday.
My due date was pretty spot on though from my supposed conception date, and my daughter came exactly on her due date. The ultrasound measurements are just guesses basically. But the more accurate due date is usually based off of the measurements, usually not all the time.
@their.bomb.ass.mom, I appreciate your input, definitely learned something new today. 😊 xoxo
