Twins! Could my prenatal vitamins be giving me nausea and causing me to be sick all day?

mine did! I had to quit taking them! 😞

I think Ima try taking them before. I'm also going to try another kind. I take the natures choice brand right now. Green and yellow bottle.

my mom's friend is a doctor, and she told me to try freezing them bc it makes them dissolve slower

it worked for me! but now that they are in the freezer I never remember to take them

@wrd2016, oh! I couldn't do that because I'd probably forget too . I barely eat so I need what the prenatals will give the babies.

yup! I started taking mine before bed.

mine did, but my doctor switched them to bedtime....it made a huge difference. Goodluck
