⚪️⚫️SCHEDULING⚫️⚪️
At what age did you start putting your LO on a schedule??
It gets better promise! My daughter started sleeping about 4.5-5 hours at 2.5 months then slowly got longer and longer. Now she sleeps 10-12 hours at night! lol Although she only takes about 3 30 min naps during the day lol
@their.bomb.ass.mom, true. I guess it will just take its course eventually! (: I can't wait tho! Even if he's just on a 3 hour sleep rotation! These 2 hours are killer!!
@lexis_mommy15, yes they are rough. Getting easier tho! The hardest one is the (2-4am) wake up! Only because at that same time I'm getting up to make my SO breakfast and get his lunch ready for the day! But he usually occupies the baby while I get his stuff ready and then I'll take over while he's getting ready and leaves for work! I'm so thankful that he's actually helpful!
Right, I get that. You'll get the hang of it, and he will too! Just takes some getting used to, eventually you'll get some sort of routine going on and won't even realize it and he'll pick up on it as well!
oh the two hours were rough. I fell asleep feeding her one morning and my SO poked me and ended up taking over. lol. it was bad.
@their.bomb.ass.mom, yea. I mean. I won't be super super strict on like "baby is in bed promptly at 8:30" but more like just a window of when he gets a final bottle. And a window of when he's in bed by! He's only 10 days old! So I have a while to go before i even worry about it but I was just curious as to when other people started! I'll be satisfied when he wakes up every 4-5 hours rather then every 2 hours!
@mrsstewart, that's awesome! Dang. Y'all ladies give me hope! 😊 I feel like I'm gonna be on a 2hr schedule for the rest of my life! Lol
I mean bed time is anywhere from 5-7 but that varies as well, and she's slept all through the night (minus waking up once every once in a while) since she was about a month old. I don't bathe her everyday, because she doesn't get really dirty, she gets a bath every other day, sometimes every 2 days. So we have no schedule, I've never been a schedule person though. We just kinda go with the flow. props to the women with schedules though, the older my child has gotten the more out of sack our days get. 😂😂
@lexis_mommy15, oh wow. I'm praying by 2.5months my son will sleep at least like 5 hours at a time! That would be a blessing. These 2hr intervals are rough! Glad I'm a SAHM!
I started at about 3 months. Bath, bottle, bed by 10:30 (slept through the night better lol) Now she goes to be at 9:30 and wakes up anywhere from 8:00-9:30. I just make sure to space her bottles out to where she eats no earlier then 8:30 and no later then 9:00 at night, that away she's in bed by 9:30.
almost. she wakes up at about 4-4:30 to eat and then eats about every three hours after 4:30.
@lexis_mommy15, is she sleeping through the night? And ya I just want a bath and bed time eventually!
@their.bomb.ass.mom, yea. I think that's pretty typical with LOs under a year! But I think i would like to start some type of at least sleep routine as soon as my son starts sleeping through the night. Like just have the same last feeding. Bath and bed time every day. But idk if that's even possible before they're a year old!
my daughter is 2 1/2 months and she is in bed by 8. 8:30 at latest. other than that we dont have a schedule for her really. just a bedtime.
My daughter is almost 11 months and we still don't really have a schedule. I mean the same things get done every day, just depends on her mood. 😂

@mrsstewart, that's not too bad. Time is already flying by! So I know it will be here in no time! I honestly can't wait just to be able to spend more than 2 hours alone with my SO and focus just on him instead of multi tasking baby in 1 arm and rubbing his back with my other! Lol I miss being able to completely spoil him!
