@xaviermom1221, yes and they just say they don't induce until you reach your due date or if it's medically necessary im already 3cm almost 4cm dilated and the other day I was having contractions every 2-3 mins and they wouldn't do anything to help me make labor last or stay so they sent me home and my contractions didn't stop until the next afternoon

You can seriously excuse yourself, I don't think anyone really wants to be induced but when it comes to the health of my baby id do ANYTHING. I was induced at 9:00 pm on Thursday night and had him at 5:21 pm Friday.

I was really nervous about being induced, but honestly it went fine. Your contractions may be a little stronger than normal once you get pitocin, but after I got my epidural it went really fast and pushed him out in 13 minutes.
