I'm carrying twins and this is my second pregnancy, I'm showing sooner but I definitely had a lot of bloat in the beginning. I finally started showing at about 14 weeks.

it could be bloat, but the more children you have, the earlier you start to show.

I started showing around 4 weeks. This is my second. I'm about 7 weeks now. Went to the dr because I wasn't feeling well and found out we are having twins, so that explained a lot. Plus a lot of bloating from the hormone change.
