Question.
To help bring labor,
how many of you have used a yoga ball , in what positions, and what were the results?
well ill just have to try everything until im successful lol thank you i appreciate it @mrsschutte1323
Don't be sorry lol and you're supposed to massage your nipples from the areola inward to simulate a baby trying to get milk. I've read your supposed to do it for 15 minutes on one nipple and wait 3-5 minutes and then do the other one and repeat. Others say you're supposed to do it for a few minutes and switch so idk whatever works for you I guess. But that's the only think that has any real studies behind it that have proven useful but even that's not a for sure way. It works for some women but not all because everyone is different lol
what exactly is nipple stimulation? @mrsschutte1323
And the ball does the same as walking if not more so I'd say use the ball before walking 10 minkes a day. It's safer and helps more
Well there's no proven methods of starting labor. Most of the time when women say "blah blah blah worked for me" it's just coincidence but there's no way to prove it so the women go on saying it works and stuff. The closest to "proven" natural way to help start labor is nipple stimulation. The ball helps move baby down and helps with pain and opening your hips and such but only you can decide if it's a waste of time or not.
but does it help ? cuz iknow those are said to help but if they actually dont i dont wanna waste time trying lol @mrsschutte1323
You can bounce or do circles with your hips or figure 8s
I bounced and bounced and bounced and still went to 41 weeks 1 day lol 😂
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

What year did you graduate high school?

A Statement from Mom.Life:
Hey everyone!
Last night, a new user began messaging our moms asking for private pictures of toddlers and young children. This is obviously unacceptable behavior, and the account was banned immediately. Although thankfully extremely rare on Mom.Life, several users were understandably upset by this, so we wanted to clarify a few things:
First off, Mom.Life has an absolute zero tolerance policy for child abuse and those who would prey on children. We strive to ...
