I had back labor with my first now with my second, i felt a lot of pressure in my lower back and when i was having real contractions my stomach would tighten up as I was feeling pressure in my back and like I was constipated, they may go from ur back and reach around ur sides to ur front at some point

The worst backache you've ever had x20. Back labor was the absolute worst for me.
