Anyone else's legs hurt really bad at night?!

mines hurt when I have sat to long or been on them to long just try to relax and keep them.off

Mine does I always get leg cramps idk why 😒😢😔

@aliciafuentes045, I hate it! I always get leg cramps too! Lately it's been really bad aches in my legs and hips at night.

this is my first time experiences this but is not fun

I wish I knew! I ended up laying on all fours knees curled in and butt in the air lol!!! Worked for a little bit. @aliciafuentes045

@blessedw7, I don't really sleep more than 3 hours a night anyway, so these problems are really interrupting my sleep and making me cranky😡
