I think there's a video on YouTube where they wrap a string around the finger somehow to get the ring off.

Try not to think about it for a bit, see if the swelling will go down enough for you to take it off. :)

If you did, the swelling it 100x worse. Try to wait for it to go down, get up and be active, put some lotion on your hands and relax, it'll come off. If you take your mind off of it, it comes off easier.
