weve been looking on Craigslist and those are all the ones that are 800+ or the 750 is owned by Sanderson which is who we rent through now, and we went and looked at the 3 bed 2.5 duplex by meadow court and the guy is so persistent on a credit score of 540 and mom nor Cody has a credit score that high. @evelynsmommy1208

Maybe if you can't afford the larger house it would be better for you to get the cheap one bedroom and your mom and sister get their own place?

I guess its not that we can't afford them we're just really not wanting to pay 900 dollars for a 3 bedroom house or duplex and a lot of those are owned by the people we're trying to stay away from @swtlilangl and a one bedroom is like almost 600 dollars

I think I had a heart attack at those prices my goodness... a four bedroom here is at most 1200 a month depends on who is renting it sometimes they're 950-1000 @mylittleprincess

I'm in CA so renting 1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment will cost 1000 easy and that's a good deal if you can stand your roommates!

my mom was married for 20 years and never had anything in her name it was just my dads and then they separated and she's just now building her credit up, and my boyfriend had bar credit because of his parents that asked him to take out a thousand dollar loan and they'd pay it and they never did :/ @tahtahme

jeez that must be nice. and its not even a big town here. well it wasn't , but then everyone moved here from Cali and stuff and now there less than 1% available housing. and so prices have skyrocked.

Yeah I have not had a chance to build credit and my husbands foster family had someone who worked at the bank in the family and took some stuff in his name so I know exactly how you feel. And then landlords ask you for 30 bucks to see your credit which adds up especially as you know you will fail....its just not cool.
