tmi but how do u know when ur cervix is softening its been really sore down there and hard to walk is that a sign it is and baby is coming soon or normal

I was 41 weeks 1 day and they started induction but I didn't need pitocin and went on my own. This time I'm waiting it out and definitely don't want to be induced.

Normal. I had horrible pressure and pains but was completely closed until I was in active labor :(
