i really wanted to have my baby by this weekend😭. What can i do? Is there anything you guys did that made you go from 0 to labor within one week?

it's truly is but I went Into labor with my son at 39+1 thanks to all that walking. also relaxing to helps alot. like trying to not put stress on your body. I got alot of contractions from taking a really warm shower after walking all day. I also heard sex can help. my friend Shauna had her daughter at 35 weeks. she was getting pains and the doctor said she was fine,not effected no dialation. so she went home had sex with her bf then she went and took a shower and was getting ready for bed not even an hour later and boom her water broke.

I walked all day long. and I mean all day long. I was still in school so I was going up and down stairs all day long then I would go to the mall straight after school and would walk until they closed around 9pm.

I think my ob doesnt think ill even have him by next week. he gave me my next appointment until dec 17 which is 2 days before my due date😕@kmally

yes I went in on a Friday with contractions 6 mins apart but they sent me home so I did all that and on tuesday went to the hospital and gave birth in 3 hrs

Most women don't dilate until they're in active labor. So I went 0-4 in one hour and the. Had him 4 hours after that. It can happen faster than you think.
Pregnancy dances, walking.. I heard pineapple but it could be just a wives tale. Stay active though!!
I drank 2 cups of hot cinnamon tea and ate pineapple and walked everyday for 2 hrs and I went into labor in 3 days
