oh goodness, the first trimester was definitely the hardest for me. I would be hungry but then I would just end up throwing it up.

I'm 7 weeks n I can't think or look at the food because I start getting sick n than my head hurts n every morning I wake up with nauseous I can't smell my perfume or anything it's so horrible @mypregnancy_journey

when I got to 6 weeks I could not eat anything, every food I saw i got nauseous right away but my appetite cane came back at 7 weeks it was weird! hope you feel better
