I'm doing my 3 hour GD test in the morning because the one hour came back a little high. my question is will the doctor give me an eating plan like what i should eat not eat ftm so i have no idea or is there anywhere i can look?

I agree with @mrsschutte1323. I prick my finger four times a day (morning and 2 hrs after every meal) and keep a log of what I eat ( that's optional- you only have to write down your numbers, but I like to be detailed). You might have to buy a meter, if your insurance doesn't cover it. I have medicaid and it was covered!
it depends on the Dr I had to fast for mine couldn't eat after midnight the day before my test

It depends on how bad you have it. I barely have it so I don't even need to watch what I eat at all. I test 4 times a day and they are perfect.
