They say to heat it up before you eat it, but I ate subway (not heated) all the time when I was pregnant & my daughter was fine lol. Go eat that sandwich, mama! 😊

I ate sandwiches and stuff like that all the time and my son turned out fine. honestly I think if they could come up with a reason why every food should be avoided during pregnancy they would haha

I did all the time! Just cook it in the microwave then let it cool !
