Really craving a cold sub from subway but know I'm not allowed to have lunch meat unless it's heated to steaming, but I think that changes the taste. I just really want a cold sub :/

I always eat the oven roasted chicken from subway! And I was eating sandwich meat before I read on here about people saying it was bad. I had no idea!

@adina565, I was told lunch meat is on the list of foods that pregnant women can't have. Guess it has something to do with the bacteria that could be in it. You can only have lunch meat unless it's heated to steaming to kill the bacteria but I don't like how heated lunch meat tastes that's why I just want a regular cold sub. Really craving the spicy italian sub :(

@adina565, My mom said she ate cold subs all the time when she was pregnant because that's one of the things she craved and she was fine. Guess nowadays tho it's on the no no list lol
