How do I know the difference between my water breaking/or leaking or just all of a sudden gush of urine? I know this may sound dumb, but my water has never broke or leaked when I was pregnant with my other kids. Any help?

i was told that what i was feeling last night/early this morning was possible dilation
@wyatts_mommy_0106, thank you. im still hanging in there. the dr said water hadnt broke. i had dilated 1 cm but the baby had just kicked my bladder all of a sudden lol. i go back to dr tomorrow morning. i think i may have dilated more and i feel like the baby has dropped down more also.
I felt mine pop and a huge gush then every time I walled it was gushes
@_akgirl, thanks. im not in severe pain like my other kids. my water has always been broke by nurses in hospital after contractions sent me there. plus im only 31 wks so i dunno what to think
write down the Time Amount Odor Color and call L&D ask for a nurse and tell them those things and see if they want you to go get checked. power back and top legs is where I first felt my contractions. it's better to be safe than sorry.
i was just standing at the fridge then pretty big gush then kept trickling down my legs for next 3 ir 4 mins then it stopped. it pretty much soaked my undies, socks, some of the insides of my yoga pants and about a grapefruit sized amount on the rug inder my feet.
im having some lower back pain and top of legs but I don't feel contractions @tae23

what does it smell like? your water will either be sweet smelling or odorless
yes. hopefully bc baby isnt due until feb.8. Dr said they are inducing me at 39 wks if hadnt had baby by then.
