It's a pinched nerve either in your neck or between your should blades. have someone crack your back or go to a chiropractor

no problem. i have this problem day in and day out so I'm constantly having someone crack my back

That was like the start of carpal tunnel for me. It's like a flare up. I had to get wrist braces & wear them for weeks until the inflammation went down. Now I have to make sure I don't sleep with my wrists bent, stuff like that. I hope you're spared of that, but see if it sounds similar.

Found this online. When I went to the doc for it, this is one thing she did...

"Hold your elbows at shoulder level and place the backs of your hands together with your wrists bent at 90 degrees. This position increases the pressure on the median nerve. If the test reproduces or worsens your symptoms (pain and tingling in your hands), you may have carpal tunnel syndrome."
