Milk of magnesia and fiber is what my doc has me doing only the milk of magnesia if its been a few days but fiber every day
I got healthy mama move it along. works wonders and it's made for pregnancy.
My doctor has me take colace twice a day. Only thing that has been working on me.
Raisin bran...I'm on a lot of medications and Dr recommended it so I don't have to take more. it took a couple of days, but it helps. I eat it almost daily
