@mrugg that tea ☕ I heard was OK but it doesn't have nearly as much raspberry leaf tea in it.. It has like 50 while the original has 1500 I believe I'd have to double check ☑

I get mine at Target

I was stuck at 3cm for a few weeks. Then I drank more cups of tea the further I got along till one early morning I dilated quickly to 10 at home (took about an hour hour and a half). I was shocked I had a real fast labor @blessedw7

@abella1023 lol OK just check at you're most popular store people shop at (name brand store) or a pharmacy may have it.. Look in the tea section if it's not there look in the organic section were there 🌿herbal teas ☕ are located.. Let me know how it goes w ya..

@abella1023 the tea ☕ I bought at Kroger in the organic section.. I'm. Currently 34wks 3days and started drinking 1 cup this past Thursday (I'm a new week every Friday).. This Thursday I'll start 2 ☕ ☕ a day at 35wks, and then at 36 I'll do 3 ☕ ☕ ☕ and start doing the dates.. I've never had dates b4 either lol 😁 I bought them at Walmart were the raisins and prunes were @azmommy85 did it help soften your cervix?

I'll be having my first glass later this afternoon. I love the taste of the tea :) It helped a lot when I had my son

@abella1023 you can Google it raspberry leaf tea ☕.. Or go to my post I just posted about it and eating dates... It helps 💪 strengthen the uterus for labor and helps soften cervix and helps have a waaay shorter less painful (so they say) days labor.. The dates help about the same but a little more
