I had irregular periods and I swore up and down I was pregnant and I took a test probably 2 or 3 weeks and it was negative and then took one later and it was positive and went to the doctor and got a posotiver there

yes that can happen my friend kept getting negative pregnancy test so she went and had a blood test done and found out she was pregnant even when she was 6 months pregnant she took a test for shits and giggles and it was negative

How much is too early?? And by what time would it come out positive; I've heard that some woman experience not having it show in a home pee test or pee cup pregnancy test at all til later... @taija

I got false negatives all week last week and then I finally got my positive .

Sometimes you can get false negatives if it's too early to detect the hormone.

It does happen.
