someone told me i should wash the new car seat fabric before i put my baby in it
..is that what you mommys will do? or is it safe to just put my baby in the new car seat?

I am so incredibly grateful for my best friend. Last night she and I were in a car accident. I was driving and we got hit by a student driver. My car is totaled, I had to come out of pocket for a rental car. Both of my kids car seats were in the car and I’ve been stressing on how to buy new seats for them, she just told me that her and her husband bought us new car seats. I can’t stop crying.
So if I can't put my car seat in the middle of my car, can I put it on either side of the back seat or is there a specific side? I have a 2005 Nissan Altima.
Always amazed At the amount of seats that come into seat checks totally wrong. I did roughly 30 checks today and only 4 were right! Lots of babies are now safer in the car!
Every time i go in the closet i just keep staring at my baby car seat and baby bag

I think if you wash the fabric, it could void your warranty. Check your manufacturer manuel. I never did with my 2. I just wiped it really good if it got dirty.

I heard don't because there is fire retardant on them in case of an accident

Lol I never did ... Thank gd baby was fine . He wears clothing it's not like ur putting the baby naked .
