No not yet I know once you get it you have 30 days to like use it. I live off of Jeff Davis , I'm going to go to the Chesterfield courthouse. Maybe I'll call them next week to see what I have to do

We Have Talked About A Small Ceremony & Then The Courthouse & Then They Said The Courthouse Doesn't Do It Anymore.. So Now We're Just Stuck On How We Are Gonna Do It.. @mariahabigael
