I wouldn't recommend it just FYI only reason I am ok about it is bc of what I learned in nursing school but basically you use two fingers and feel for a cone shape almost like the point is facing your fingers the point is where your cervix opens and that's pretty much it ! Make sure your hands are clean and lay down on your back kind of at an angle ! Again I don't recommend it so proceed with caution at your own risk !!
