When does your belly start getting hard? I'm 20 weeks and feel like I'm just getting fat

I'm 28 weeks and still feel like I'm just fat.. stomach seems soft still!

I'm due April 26th... I'll be 20 weeks on Tuesday

I'm due April 10th. I'm 22 Weeks today and My stomach started getting hard around 15 weeks...

like 25weeks

I'm already bigger so my stomach is soft unless I'm full lol

It sucks because I would've been able to feel him kick sooner and his kicks would be stronger if I wasn't bigger. Also I just want to see my bump so bad. And it's definitely there I can tell but no one else can cause I was big before lol!
