Sorry I been ignoring yall but I have been so miserable the past days I'M STILL PREGNANT my contractions would be strong for hours and it looked like I was gonna have a baby then everything just stopped so I got sent home. they said I have to wait till my appointment Wednesday so I can talk to my doctor about the next step. So frustrated!!!!!! Headaches won't go away! Dizziness is just horrible! Can't stop throwing up! I hate smelling food when anyone cooks! Pregnancy suppose to be fun! Have you tried mothers milk tea? Just keep trying to stay real hydrated and pump and breast feed. You'll get your supply up.

Try mothers milk, and eating oatmeal. I also tried goats the drops. I never over produced milk, I usually only produce enough to feed my baby. I don't supplement and I strictly breastfeed and I think that is what has helped my milk supply going. I breast feed her as much as I can. That demand and supply rule in breastfeeding is no joke. Ur body will produce as much as ur baby needs. If I were u I would try that and in ur case pump also for a little bit.. Even if it's dry pumping.
