I've tried a fee different things... what have some of you ladies done to help during ur pregnancy with constipation. I will be 11w tomorrow if that's any helpful info lol
fiber pills with water , Metamucil , or flax seed mixed into a glass of OJ!
My doctor told me (cause I don't like to take medicine if I don't have to) to just sit on the toilet once a day for about 15-20 minutes and just push not to hard and if you get light headed to stop and wait a minute then continue. He said it'll basically open my butthole and make the poop canal? Easier to go
I don't wanna take a laxitive.. and the last time I took a stool softener and it didn't help
see I've tried to wait it out.. I've had lots of water I drink it daily and I have tried juice.. usually apple juice works not this time.
I have had so many issues with pooping , honestly , I feel your pain. I hear that miralax works and fiber
lots and lots of water! honestly I just wait it out and try to eat lots of fiber rich foods.
When I was SUPER constipated to the point I was crying my mom went and got me a mineral oil enema and after like 2 weeks of no poop it finally came out (:
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
Have you tried prune juice? It may not work instantly but if you drink a few cups a day you should be well on your way
